The senior students are involved with all sorts of things like hydroponics,planting in the gully, the enviroferns, helping the Juniors understand more about the environment and heapd of other stuff to. All of the classes have a mission from the vision map, for example, one of room 13's tasks was to transform one of the planter boxes into a garden full of scented flowers for lLizzie, a blind girl at our school, so that although she cannot see the flowers she can smell them. They completed this task in Term 2 and now stands outside of Mrs Elmores shed on the Senior side of the school

Super Charlotte

Have you met Super Charlotte?  She’s Meadowbank School’s Environmental Super Hero.  She has a side kick – Super Charlie.  They are often seen flying around the school catching kids being environmentally responsible and praising those with llitterless lunches.
Super Charlotte’s costume was designed by a year 3 student and has been adopted as the school’s symbol for Environmentally friendly action.  You just never know when she might pop up and Super Charlie is usually not far away.
